- The Expo will be located on the external concourse of the MCG between Gates 2 and 3
- Thursday 9 Oct, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Friday 10 Oct, 8:00am - 7:00pm
- Saturday 11 Oct, 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Sunday 12 Oct, 7:30am - 2:00pm
- PLEASE NOTE: there is strictly no race bib collection on race day. It is strongly advised that you collect your race bib prior to lunch time on Saturday the 11th to avoid extensive queuing!
What to Bring for Event Kit Collection :
- To pick up your Event Kit you must bring a copy of your confirmation email sent to your nominated email address shortly after registering. Alternatively, you will also receive a SMS reminder during Event week if you had nominated a mobile number on your online registration form. If you haven`t received your confirmation email or you do not receive a SMS reminder, please email
- Event Kits are organized via bib number, therefore volunteers will need this to locate your Event Kit instead of your full name. Your Event Kit includes your race number and timing bib tag
